Personal attention
Enough attention to notice who is lost, without the crowd of a large coaching hall.
We're looking for patient, dependable tutors who can explain a concept three different ways and still make the student feel capable. If that sounds like you, we'd like to meet.
A tuition centre is only as good as the people in the room. We keep teaching loads sensible, share the planning, and give tutors the freedom to teach properly.
Enough attention to notice who is lost, without the crowd of a large coaching hall.
Student plans, worksheets and revision schedules are shared — you focus on teaching.
Teach offline at the centre, online, or at a student's home — whichever suits your week.
Work directly with Mrs. Navitha, with honest feedback and room to grow your subjects.
We want to see how you teach, not how well you write a cover letter.
Send your subjects, grades and availability through the form. It takes about three minutes on WhatsApp or email.
A short call about your experience, followed by an informal 20-minute demo on a topic you choose.
We align on batches, timings and expectations, then introduce you to students with a clear teaching plan.
We're less interested in a perfect CV than in how clearly you explain things and how patiently you work with a student who is stuck.
Send your application on WhatsApp — we'll reply within two working days.
If something isn't covered here, call the centre or mention it in your application — we're happy to answer before you commit to anything.
Back to the main siteNot necessarily. Strong subject knowledge, patience and reliability matter more. Freshers are welcome, and the demo session helps us understand how you explain concepts. Experience with ICSE, CBSE, State Board or NIOS is a bonus.
Most current roles are part-time, built around school hours and weekend batches. Tutors usually take a few batches in their subject. There is room to grow as the centre adds students and subjects.
Centre hours are Monday–Thursday 3–8 PM, Friday 3–6:30 PM and Saturday 1–5 PM. Within those windows, batches are scheduled around the tutor's availability and the student's school timetable.
Yes. We offer offline, online and home tuition. You can choose one mode or a mix, depending on your comfort, travel time and the subjects you teach.
You'll teach a short, informal 20-minute explanation on a topic you choose, usually to Mrs. Navitha. It isn't an exam — we're looking at clarity, patience and how you handle a follow-up question.
Applications sent via WhatsApp or email are usually reviewed within two working days. If the fit looks right, we'll schedule a short call and then a demo at the centre or online.
